Your order will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with ice gel packs. Your fresh products will arrive chilled and your frozen products will arrive frozen. Some items will get slightly defrosted, that is normal and you can safely put them in your freezer. It happens because we keep your frozen food in storage at below -18ºC and chilled delivery vans are not that cold. The temperature difference can get your food to defrost slightly, but it is safe since it always stays at a temperature below 0 degrees Celsius.
